Charles is the Administrator for both Interim Homecare and Interim Hospice of Oakland County.  Charles has a Bachelors Degree from Michigan State University and has been with Interim Homecare and Hospice for 19 years.  Charles started Interim Homecare and Hospice with his parents Theresa and Lance Pritchard in 2004.  Charles has worked in multiple job roles including Operations Director, Marketing Director and his current role as Administrator.

Charles was raised in Oakland County and still lives in Oakland County (South Lyon).  He is happily married to his wife Christina and they have a 3-year-old son Quinn.  Charles enjoys sports of all kinds, spending time with friends and family and an occasional cigar.  Charles just this past year successfully completed his first charitable golf outing for Tranquility @ Home Hospice and is already in the planning for the 2^nd annual event scheduled for September, 2024.
